Paper Submission Guidelines for ICISSD-2027

1. Originality: Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Each paper should make a clear scientific and technical contribution.
2. Plagiarism Check: All papers will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin or iThenticate software. Papers with a similarity index exceeding the permissible limit (15%) will be rejected without review.
3. Language and Length: Papers must be written in clear English and formatted according to the official ICISSD-2027 Conference Template. The maximum paper length is six (6) pages, including figures, tables, and references. Each additional page will incur a fee of INR 1000 per page.
4. Formatting Requirements: Manuscripts must adhere strictly to the conference formatting guidelines on A4-size paper using the prescribed template. Non-compliance may lead to desk rejection.
5. Submission Portal: Authors must submit their papers in PDF format via the Microsoft CMT submission system. No other submission method will be accepted.
6. Acceptance and Presentation: Only accepted and presented papers will be included in the ICISSD-2027 Conference Proceedings and considered for publication in associated journals or digital libraries.
7. Review Process: Each paper will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The evaluation will be based on originality, technical content, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
8. Author Responsibilities: At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper in person or in an approved virtual mode. Failure to present may result in exclusion from the official proceedings.
9. Ethical Conduct: Authors must adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, data fabrication, or citation manipulation will lead to immediate disqualification and notification to the author’s institution.
10. Copyright and Publication: Upon acceptance, authors must sign a copyright transfer form or publication consent form as required by the publisher before inclusion in the proceedings.
11. Withdrawal Policy: Paper withdrawal is permitted only before the review process begins. Once accepted, withdrawal without valid reason will be treated as unethical behavior.
12. Registration Requirement: Acceptance of a paper is conditional upon timely registration and payment of the applicable fees by at least one of the authors.

Note:
The ICISSD-2027 organizing committee reserves the right to reject or remove any paper from the proceedings that violates submission or ethical guidelines, even after acceptance.
